Terms of use

This restricted business administration service is provided by Opto Live Ltd for authorised internal use. It is not offered to the public. Access is personal and must not be shared or used for unauthorised purposes.

The service presents selected existing business records. Users must check the scope, currency and completeness of the information before relying on it. Incomplete or missing results do not establish that a transaction never occurred. Changes to working records do not themselves vary an agreed commercial arrangement.

The service permits selected reads only. It does not issue financial documents, change source records or move money. Additional capabilities require separate review and authorisation. Connected services remain subject to their own terms.

Opto may suspend or withdraw access when it is no longer needed or where there is a security concern. Revoking access does not automatically erase retained records or backups. The privacy notice explains how personal information is handled.

These terms do not replace existing employment, contractor, supplier or client agreements, or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
